ami ami SA, including subsidiaries and affiliates (« Website Owner » or « we » or « us » or « our ») provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website (« website ») to visitors (« customer ») (cumulatively referred to as « visitor » or « you » or « your » hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

The product range is available in Switzerland. Further the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) is applicable for sales agreements as well as the usual existent laws and regulations in Switzerland.

2. conclusion of contract

By placing an order and accepting the terms and conditions the customer submits a legally binding bid. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled by the customer. A contract is only concluded by shipment of the goods. You receive a confirmation in any case. The confirmation has informal character and does not guarantee the availability of the ordered goods.
If goods are not available at the supplier, We have the right to cancel the order and refund any advance payments money to the customer.

3. Shipment

We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. Shipment takes place every open day. If we are out of stock for the specific goods, we will let you know if the good can be delivered and if not, make a refund. Shipping proceeds at receiver’s risk. We are not to be held responsible for any delays and damages during shipment because this is due to third party factors.

We reserve the right to make partial shipments.
All orders are shipped and dispatched by Swiss Post.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included.

5. Method of Payment

Shipment will be dispatched after successful payment with Master Card, Visa Card and TWINT.

6. Right of Return

Orders can be returned within 7 days (date of post stamp) in original packaging and without any traces of usage. The customer is responsible for appropriate packaging of the returned goods and pays the postal fees of the return. If you would like to return an item please notify us via email at info@amiami.ch and return items to the following address:

Returns will be refused if:
– traces of usage exist.
– products are sent back without its packaging.
– goods are damaged.

Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases and the conditions set out before will not apply.

Goods that get lost during return shipment cannot be refunded. We highly advise to use a tracking number when returning goods. Resulting postal charges will not be accepted.

Your satisfaction is important to us! Don’t hesitate to contact us if the quality of the ordered product does not fulfil your expectations. We will check all returned goods carefully on the above mentioned criteria. Upon this, we will credit the refund.

7. Damaged or Wrong Delivered Goods

Every good is controlled by us before dispatch. Nevertheless, should there exist any defectiveness of the goods – for example, latent manufacturing defects – the goods can be returned. Same applies for incorrect delivery, which we are responsible for. In this case, return shipping fees are accepted by us.

8. Liabilities

We do not accept any liability for lost or damaged goods according to Swiss regulations. In case other regulations are claimed, ami ami SA only accepts liability up to the transferred amount. If the customer resells the product, he or she is responsible for compliance regarding national and international export provisions. If the customer changes the resold product, he or she is liable for the resulting damages to us, the purchaser or third parties.

9. Data Security

The database and its contents, maintained by the website owner is not handed over to third parties and is only used for internal analysis and newsletter dispatch (revocable at any time).

The transmission of credit card information is provided by Stripe on secure HTTPS connection.

10. Protection of Intellectual Property

ami ami SA owns the design of the website. The contents of the website are protected by copyright. Modification, reproductions or copying of any kind is prohibited.

11. Final Regulations

Place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland. Thereby, Swiss law applies exclusively. The parties shall try to settle any dispute resulting from the contract amicably. By ordering goods, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The website owner reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
